Adam Boskey isn't your typical DJ. A graduate in industrial design, he also does two radio shows. He has done "Needle Drops," for seven years on 90.1 FM, where he plays underground hip hop, and an improvisational radio show called "Noise Assembly," where people create sound with anything. He considers DJing a "cool way to have fun" and tries to spice things up with visuals and more unique music choices. Along with bar scenes, Boskey works at gallery openings. He thinks of DJing as his own personal art and sees the difference between a DJ who just plays records and one who "tries to take you places."
